The hotel is in a great location, just next to the east side of the harbor and close to most areas in Kowloon. You can easily catch a ferry to HK Island for sightseeing. The rooms are nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, and have comfortable bedding. The service is exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff making you feel at home. The breakfast offers a great choice suitable for people from all over the world. The view from the Club Lounge is stunning, overlooking Victoria Harbor.
The only downside is that the variety of restaurants within the hotel is limited.

The location of this hotel is perfect, just next to the east side of the harbor. It's in a more quiet area which is really nice because it gets noisy with all the traffic in the city. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a stunning view of the harbor. The staff is friendly and goes the extra mile to provide excellent service. The breakfast buffet is unbelievable, with a wide selection to choose from. The facilities, like the gym and swimming pool, are top-notch.
The front entrance can be a bit congested due to the high demands and busy movements.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they offered complimentary drinks upon check-in. The location was perfect for shopping and sightseeing, and there were plenty of great dining options nearby. The room had a great view and was very comfortable.
The overpowering air freshener scent in the lobby and hallways was almost suffocating. It made it difficult to spend any extended amount of time in those areas, and even lingered in the elevator.
